Risonanza

In base alla teoria sulla risonanza, un suono armonico finisce con il “contagiare‪” le vibrazioni‬ più deboli o malate, alterando la loro struttura molecolare. Il potente suono dei gong, delle campane e di altri strumenti ancestrali permette alle nostre strutture molecolari di sincronizzarsi in una vibrazione salutare e armonica.

In questo modo anche le tensioni e i blocchi energetici del corpo vengono sciolti, riportando il sistema psicofisico ad uno stato di maggior equilibrio.

In molte discipline orientali, come ad esempio il Nāda Yoga (Yoga del Suono), si afferma che ogni armonico entra naturalmente in risonanza con un determinato chakra o centro vitale del corpo sottile.
