Yin Yoga & Sound Bath
Una pratica di yin yoga condotta da Paola porterà dolcemente il corpo e la mente a ricevere il bagno armonico, dove l’effetto dell’acqua lo renderà ancora piu’ potente in quanto l’acqua è un naturale trasmettitore del suono e della vibrazione.
Durante il trattamento la persona galleggia con l’ausilio di supporti mentre intorno Elena e Michele suoneranno gong, campane tibetane e strumenti ancestrali.
La sensazione di levitare galleggiando nei suoni è una cosa che non si può capire se non provandola, si sperimenta uno stato di benessere immediato, rilassati e nello stesso tempo ricaricati di energia positiva. Come dopo un sonno ristoratore.
