Trikonasana

Trikonasana: quando la postura fisica ed energetica, agisce sul simbolo e attraverso di esso ci consente di far esperienza delle infinite sfaccettature del nostro essere.

Il triangolo come rappresentazione delle tre forze della natura – tamas (inerzia), rajas (azione) e sattva (armonia) – ma anche come unione di corpo, mente e spirito.
Simbolicamente ci indica l’interconnesione, l’interdipedenza e la dipendenza tra noi e l’ambiente circostante.

Con il vertice verso l’alto simboleggia il divino e l’aspirazione al superiore, al cielo, proprio come il fuoco che gli somiglia nella forma. Con il vertice verso il basso diventa espressione di ricettività femminile, la terra che ci accoglie e sostiene, di creatività, capacità di trasformazione evolutiva, fluidità, come l’acqua.

L’uomo come tramite tra le energie del Cielo e quelle della Terra, il suo Universo è regolato dallo spazio che occupa e dal tempo che si srotola davanti alla sua vita.
