Kurmasana

La tartaruga, Kurma in sanscrito, è un animale che rappresenta la tenacia, la resilienza, la forza, ma anche la longevità.
È considerata una creatura saggia e fra quelle che riescono a difendersi meglio, per via del suo carapace.
E’ anche associata alla fertilità e alla saggezza della grande Dea, alle qualità lunari della morbidezza e dell’ombra dello Yin, e alle acque primordiali in cui tutto ha avuto inizio.

Per noi di Ekam, la tartaruga non è solo un animale di terra o di acqua, ma a volte si mette anche le ali ☺️
